About us
Healing Hearts and Horses is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Eatonton, Georgia, that rescues horses from slaughter and gives them a second chance at life. Through rehabilitation and compassionate care, we transform these horses into healing companions for special needs children, foster youth, military veterans, and first responders. Rooted in our local community, we provide therapeutic farm experiences that foster hope, connection, and purpose—making a meaningful difference in the lives of both horses and humans right here in Middle Georgia.
